Being raised on a farm and ranch, a respect and love for the land began early; and fostered a dream of returning home. Our herd began in 1977 with a wedding present of 4 Charolais cows and calves from Dean’s parents.

          We practice a stewardship based land ethic; and encourage sustainable agriculture with a focus on holistic principles and diversity of plant and animal species.

          We cherish the blessings of fresh air, wide open spaces, and the physical activity which our daily work demands. It is marvelous to observe the symbiosis between land, plants, animals, and man when we work in respectful, observant harmony.
